Dr. Farris attends in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Seattle Children’s Hospital and in the Pediatric Burn & Trauma Intensive Care Unit at Harborview Medical Center.  He is interested in the regional delivery of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine across the continuum of care settings.  This interest is manifest in his work with Seattle Children’s Pediatric Critical Care Transport Team, as well as fostering improved relationships and enhancing pediatric critical care skills and communication with referring providers throughout the 'WAMI' region.  His collaborative research efforts include involvement in a number of local and national projects that seek to create and leverage large data sets to answer clinically relevant questions.
