Idaho State Board Of Medicine: Idaho State Board of Registration: The state of Idaho has a specific medical student registration process that includes the completion of a 1 page form and attachments of either of these two documents (copy of birth certificate or copy of current passport). The Idaho WWAMI office will be in contact with you to request that you complete this form at least 4 weeks prior to the beginning of your clerkship. If this process is not completed, by Idaho state law, you will not be allowed to begin your clerkship. Contact the Idaho WWAMI office if you have questions related to this form or process.
