Getting Ready for your Anchorage Elective Rotation
The Pediatric WWAMI Medical Student Program will contact you via email approximately 5-6 weeks prior to the start of your elective. There are things you need to do so that you ensure that you will start your rotation on time.
Contact Chakrya Lim and Bopha Cheng at wwamiops@uw.edu to confirm that a "Letter of Good Standing" has been sent to your site.
Prior to your arrival
Priority: You should contact Helen Schlemper at Providence Alaska Medical Center regarding forms required by your site. If you have not been contacted by her, please contact her immediately or you may not start your rotation on time, possibly requiring a drop from the rotation.
