Clinical, Research and/or Teaching Responsibilities

Dr. Capron provides pediatric primary care to a diverse low-income population at a community clinic in Rainier Valley and attends in resident continuity clinic at that site. Her interests include literacy promotion and health literacy, collaboration with public health nurses providing home visitation to high-risk infants and mothers, coordination of care for children with special health care needs, promoting resiliency and mitigating the effects of adverse childhood experiences, and the care of new immigrant and refugee children
