Quiet Period

UW Pediatrics is implementing quiet periods to provide dedicated time for its workforce members to focus on projects and pending tasks by minimizing meetings and email communications. These periods will occur approximately five times a year, aligning with existing work holidays, and aim to create a space for focused work time, reflection, and learning.

UW Pediatrics leadership encourages workforce members to avoid scheduling non-critical meetings and minimize the use of email during these quiet periods.
