We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Erikka Allhusen to the position of Associate Director of the Pediatric Clerkship - Inpatient Core, effective 7/1/2024.
Dr. Allhusen’s selection was made after a request for applications was sent to all pediatric faculty, a committee review of cover letters, CVs, and diversity statements, and a formal interview process.
Many of you know Dr. Allhusen through her clinical work in the Division of Hospital Medicine. Furthermore, she has led efforts to develop new advocacy curricula for medical students and revamp clinical experiences for both premedical observers and pediatric clerkship students.
Dr. Allhusen is dedicated to serving our medical students, faculty, and staff and is committed to fostering and supporting our pediatric educational programs.
