Looking to grow and navigate this chapter of your career?

We are excited to announce additional capacity has opened for the UW School of Medicine Faculty Coaching Program. This coaching program is focused on personal growth with a goal of improving job satisfaction and navigating next chapters. Our current program prioritizes mid-career faculty as this is often a time for transitions, strategic career planning, and/or new leadership roles. The School of Medicine faculty coaching program is an investment in our faculty. We hope that it will help support you to gain greater clarity, confidence, and/or success.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a confidential, short-term relationship aimed at helping you reach your fullest potential through inquiry-based skill development, self-awareness, and self-management. A coach is not someone who gives you advice but has tools to support you, and training in helping you reflect on your goals, career aspirations, performance, and opportunities for growth. Learn about the program here.

Following a successful pilot, we have expanded to four coaches! The demand has been high and there is often a waitlist. When you are selected for one-on-one coaching, you will receive a scheduling link for an introductory session with a coach to review the program and contract. If you choose to move forward, you will have access to 6 sessions, with the option to add additional sessions if needed.

Applications to receive coaching are open and acceptance will be on a rolling basis based on program capacity. Apply here
