The program offers a blend of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and experiential learning opportunities which includes:
- Didactic lectures: Didactic lectures are best described as conversations with faculty and subject matter experts on important skills such as communication and connection techniques, strategic planning and decision making, collaboration and teamwork.
- Networking: Opportunities to network with emerging leaders and current leadership across the organization.
- Coaching: Professional Coaches help participants unlock potential and leverage their strengths.

Notification of participation status: July 12th by 3:00pm
If accepted into the 2024-2025 Physician Leadership Training Program, the participant agrees to commit to attend and actively participate in:
- Monthly three-hour group sessions (dates detailed below);
- Twice monthly one-hour coaching sessions with certified leadership coach; and
- Practicum, approved and overseen by the division chief
- Participants may miss up to TWO sessions

One Wednesday morning per month from September 2024– June 2025. Program runs from 8:30-11:30am

- Wed., November 20th, 8:30am to 11:30am at Magnuson
- Wed., December 18th, 8:30am to 11:30am at Magnuson
- Wed., January 15th, 8:30am to 11:30am at Magnuson
- Wed., February 12th, 8:30am to 11:30am at Magnuson
- Wed., March 19th, 8:30am to 11:30am at Magnuson
- Wed., April 9th, 8:30am to 11:30am at Magnuson
- Wed., May 21th, 8:30am to 11:30am at Magnuson
- Wed., June 11th, 8:30am to 11:30am at Hospital Campus
